The first step to understanding your needs is to do a site visit, and to do that we will assign 

a dedicated builder to your project that will oversee your project from start to finish.

 

During the first site visit we will do a thorough walk through of your property and do a assessment and discuss all your project needs with you in as much detail as possible.

 

Our Staff has the experience to carefully assess your needs and propose a solution to help you get your project moving to completion.

 

During the site visit your assigned builder will understand the budget category your project will fall under.

 

Each project has a different budget and therefore will fall within one of three budget categories:

 

                  1)  Budget

                  2)  Standard or Mid

                  3)  Premium

The biggest step of any project is the Materials & Products so we work exceptionally hard to 

get this step right.

 

We know how frustrating it is to have so many options so we will work with you to find the right balance of materials/products that fits within your budget category.

 

We provide both Supply & Labour options and Labour only options so if you want to buy and supply your own materials then we will gladly assist you to get your project completed.

 

We will probably get better trade discounts if we supply the materials.  We also do not charge any markup on some materials.

We will work your project cost out to the exact cost and provide you a quotation with a breakdown of services and work scope to allow you to confirm that all required services and work is included in the quote.

 

Our service rates will be based on your specific project budget category, this way we can 

ensure that we provide you the exact specific budget service required for your project.

 

All our quotations are FREE and we will have your quotation completed as soon as possible.

Depending on the size of your project we can sometimes handle your project the same day or the very next. 

 

We will always do our best to find the soonest available booking date to start your project.

 

if your project is a small project then your builder will handle the booking imemdiately and confirm this booking date with you.  If your project is a larger project then to finalise your booking we require a booking fee.  This is normally based on a percentage of your project quote value.

 

This is to ensure that there is both committment from both customer side for project to go ahead and also for builder committment on booking date and also to secure any supplier discounts offered as part of your project.  We will basically pay some of our suppliers deposits top secure any discounts offers that form part of your quote estimate.

 

We also provide a 5 day cooling off period in which customers can cancel the booking and request their booking fee to be refunded.  Please keep in mind that there is a cancellation fee that we deduct off any cancellation booking fee refund amount when refunding.

 

Your builder will assist you with any booking fee amounts and your quotation will have your booking fee amount written on the bottom left corner of your quotation.
